Bike Training

Threw in some intervals on the Bike Trainer.

Warmup: 1 mile Treadmill Run (9:19)
5 sets:  5:00 hard ride increasing tension every interval + 5 44# KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls + 1:00 rest
Cooldown: 1 mile Treadmill Run (9:58)

I feel totally fried
