Bike Training

Popped tall for Spinning Class. Nothing exciting, just a spinning class. Ended up w/ a meeting in the a.m., so I didn't get my lunchtime workout in.

Ha ha! I did. 1700 swim. Nice strong 1000 free to start too~

Other news- I think I need to take a hiatus on running until my back stops being idiotic...

Swimming will strengthen your back & core and should carry over into running.
